Over the last few weeks I have really started to hit my stride (pun intended).
1// Set yourself up for success. Schedule in a workout or class. I check the TIU app each night and my gym’s app to see what classes are offered the next day at 6am. I know that is the best time for me to workout (fist pumps for morning workouts) so I block off an hour to an hour and a half to get it done.
2// Be multi-dimensional. As in, change it up! I never do the same thing more than once a week. From spin to weights to yoga to barre I change it up so I am excited to workout each day. Also, consider at home options. The temps dip into negative double digits so having some great DVDs, YouTube or Tabata workouts are awesome options!
3// Create a vision…board! Hello Pinterst. Make a board, fill it with pictures, motivational quotes, workouts, healthy recipes or anything that gets your goat.
4// Set a goal. I am currently part of the Love Your Body Challenge with TIU. After that I am planning to jump into Barre3 and maybe a 5k in the Spring. Having a goal helps me stay focused and gives me that extra boost to get out the door.
As you know, I am obsessed with the Champions Zip Up Hoodie (it was even one of my monthly favorites). The zip up is a medium weight, super soft with a touch of stretch and comes in great colors. I am so in love with mine that I bought another…and one for you!
