Morning and happy Friday! I am really looking forward to this weekend. Our calendar is fairly open, which is fantastic as we look to a few busy weeks ahead! That means our days will be filled with slow mornings, workout, play time, visits with friends and early bed times. I am also on a mission to pick up a few items for our upcoming travel.
Before I get ahead of myself, let’s dive into some favorites from the week!
OK, the paint trend has me totally hooked. I’m pretty sure all of my dad’s work clothes look exactly like J.Crew’s spring line, but something about the paint splatter has me craving several pieces for my wardrobe.
David’s Tea is basically the mecca of tea shops. I’ve long heard of the magical flavors David’s creates and was stoked to finally visit a shop while in Chicago. Unfortunately, we never made it. But Phil surprised me when he returned home later in the week with a bag of delicious tea! The Raspberry White Chocolate name alone had me sold, but the flavor did not disappoint either! The tea is made of full dried raspberries, mini white chocolate chips and other flavors. You guys, this tea is off the charts. I’m hoping one day to actually make it to a store, but in the meantime, I’ll be perusing their gorgeous site.
Last week, I treated myself to a much-needed pedicure. When I looked down at my sad feet, I knew I was ready to add a pop of color! And Essie’s Berried Treasures is the answer I was looking for. Slightly bright, the berry color borders on red and pink and perfectly pairs with all hues. The color is incredibly versatile.
If life gives you parsnips, you make parsnip chips.Tina mentioned the unique chips on her blog last week and I trust her taste so I scooped up a bag on my last visit. And boy am I glad I did! The chips actually taste like chips, not an imposter. They’re really fresh and light but still crispy. The chips are definitely worth adding to your next shop.

When my girlfriend shared the above link on Facebook this week, I could not stop laughing. Some of the points are so true. If you are looking for a great way to brighten up your Friday, look no further.
And with that, I am off! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
